Eric Coombs

Eric is President of LRW Solutions Group, Inc. He has over 20 years experience in project management, process improvement and system development. Focus areas include developing beneficial relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations, designing cost effective, customized solutions and managing projects. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Science from Northeastern University and Professional Certification in Project Management from Penn State.

 

Tricia Dougherty

Tricia is Chief Operating Officer of LRW Solutions Group, Inc. She has over 25 years experience in project management, business process improvement and technology application. Focus areas include operations and project staffing, vendor relations, managing large-scale system implementation projects and consulting on requirements, records management and vendor selection efforts. Tricia has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware. Her graduate work includes Master's Degree credits in Business Administration from Villanova University in addition to project management certification coursework through Villanova University and Project Management Institute.

 

  Diane Eulo

Diane is Vice President of Delivery Services for LRW  Solutions Group, Inc. She has over 12 years experience in project management and consulting after a 13-year military career. Focus areas include identifying user requirements, managing system implementations involving document imaging and case management and conducting records management studies with records improvement solutions. Diane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from George Mason University.
